跑步是生活的一部分,就算有几天不那么想跑也是很正常的,不用自责。所以停几天,放过跑步,带着情绪去跑步,反而会觉得别扭,让身体更加疲劳。降低强度,让身体恢复,就能顺利度过厌跑期了。
